Who We Are

Established in Balikpapan, 2002.

PT. Franklin Offshore Indonesia Perkasa supplies products and services for the offshore exploration, construction, mining and marine industries. From our head office and workshop in Balikpapan — with branches in Bekasi/Jakarta and Batam — we deliver rigging, mooring, fabrication, inspection and rental to international standard.

As a subsidiary of Franklin Offshore Group International, we combine world-class engineering and a global supply network with deep local capability and 24-hour operations — so every lift is delivered on time, to budget, and certified.
